As for Lithuania, I think our first day must've been our worst, so to see that we're doing better than "expected" is already good enough.

 

Since Morauskaitė is probably half of this score change, I assume that Matusevičius with his 71 meter SB could be another positive change if he were to throw an 80+

Yep. Scoring 0 in TJ haven't done much damage to Serbia as they were meant to finish 12th anyway 

Lithuania's biggest hit will be day 3 as 4/11 podiums expected that day. Anyway, let's not get excited, you know that TeamLTU will collect bunch of 0 after our relays get's disqualified once again

In fairness to the organizers, pole vault/triple jump isn’t one of the more common doubles for an athlete to attempt

19.23 second PB for  in the 110m hurdles.

 

 

Ha ha ha - it is better than that - Simone Gorini  is doubling up this morning - both 110m hurdles & Discis.

Those hurdles were painful to watch. That one guy didn't have the strength to jump over the last hurdle. He just went straight at it.
