women is like the men in 4x100 athletics. They don't have single athletes at the top but always perform in the relay. SInce 2002 they only missed the relay podium once!

Fossesholm clawed more than Johaug. Germany & Russia anything but safe up front.

Karlsson completely blew up in the end. Looks like Sweden will have a terrible cross country outside of the sprints.

FIS is skewed into sprints for a while now. 5 kms leg gives the sprinters a chance to compete in regular relays so there's little chance this distance will be extended.
