Quite happy to wake up to this medal for Canada, I knew she had a decent chance and it's great that she capitalized it. I was hoping a little bit more from Blondin, hopefully she is better in the 5km and mass start

I'm going to guess she was saving herself for those events, and team relay.  She didn't look like she was struggling, just disinterested.

Ya, Blondin at her best isn't a medal threat at the 3000m. This really felt like a training run.
