Second ticket drop coming in August with some new inventory. It's pretty clear they underestimated demand in first round:

NearPup reacted to Rafa Maciel in Summer Olympic Games Los Angeles 2028 Qualification Systems
New Dressage Qualification Document has been posted. No substantive changes - simply correcting errors in the December '25 version.
Section C2: corrected Minimum Eligibility Requirements Dressage to show it is subject to terms of paragraph 2 rather than 2.4
F. Reallocation Paragraph 1.1: Removed reference to FEI Eventing Olympic Ranking and replaced it with FEI Dressage Olympic Ranking

Test rankings are not true either. Give at least 30 nations test status and force top teams to face smaller teams then I will consider it true.
A sport which does not give all teams an opportunity to play against top teams and wants to use rankings for Olympic qualification does not deserve a spot in Olympics.
Yes, the reason to have the sport is India and money but I feel there can be many ways you can do it.
Now that India won WC it could easily be winner + 4 regional qualifiers + host OR Top ranking+ 4 regional+ host... But just distributing 4/6 quotas on ranking is way too unjust.

Pretty much. I hope this is just a layover when the 10,500 athlete quota was for all sports, including the invitational ones.
When cricket likely returns for 2032, I hope they expand it to 12 teams and have a real tournament. Yes, getting more involved at the Olympics is the big prize, but and are both in the top 10 in world population, yet currently do not care about the Olympics. It would be so easy for the IOC to get those nations invested in the games.

While this was reported earlier, I'm disappointed they are going with world rankings. I guess they don't want to risk India missing the Olympics.

if tonight's humiliation means 20+ gold and 50+ total medals in 2 years time in LA, I'll take it 1 billion times
and I'd never change the emotions of the 2 Olympic weeks in Milan (and the other sites) with just another average soccer world cup

Stephen Gogolev finishes 4th overall and had the 4th best score in the free skate.
What a season for him!
His 4th place finish also means that Canada gets two men's spots for next year's world championships.
