That's the reality, our continent isn't full of world class athletes like Europe. At most you are going to see a small handful of strong athletes/teams. It's no different than the Asian Games.

Well one/two riders meeting the requirement is bad because they can take the individual quota. For India it would be best if Thailand either had 0 or 3+ riders meeting the requirements.

Because if Thailand can't qualify a team they can take an individual quota meaning there will be one less spot for the region.
