  1. Snakebite collapsing like a stack of cards is so NID....
  2. You mean 2 time Giro winner and 2 time Tour podium finisher Ivan Basso. Doesn't seem like a bad idea. Of course i know what you mean, but frankly there aren't many clean people to give advice from the 1995-2010 period, so it's not like he has a big choice.
  3. The crashes with cyclists around Europe are increasing in alarming rates.
  4. Such a good stage today, it's going to be fun from the beginning. The shark to do some crazy downhill riding, like in the good old days, as to get a few second back. If that happens, i wonder who would try and chase him, or if the rest are going to be playing it safe.

  6. A question? So Sharapova is denied WC from Roland Garros for both main draw and qualifying. But if she wins or goes deep in Rome, she would be back in the top 100. Then is she going to be allowed or still not, because she hasn't registered for the tournament prior in the year? I have forgotten how the whole registering was done.
  7. My expectations were on point, just that Dumoulin should have made a minute less. Quintana and Nibali are going to have a big problem with him. He has a 2.20 and 2.50 ahead of them, plus another 2 minutes comming in the last TT, that's 5-6-7 minutes needed in the mountains. Of course with the third week being so tough, it is very likely he would have a bad day, but would it be such a bad day. Plus the others aren't immune to one too, especially Nibali, who still isn't looking promising. He gained good on Quintana, but the colombian was exceptionally bad, ideally Nibali should have been 1.30-1.40 behind Dumoulin. The other thing is that without the crash, Thomas would have been 30s to a minute from Dumoulin and in prime position for the win. He is in great shape and would have been the last one to stick with Quintana on Blockhaus. Sky should be kicking themselves.
  8. Of course it isn't sure, but at least you get a fair chance to compete and the best team gets the quota. And there aren't any made up tournaments that forbid european teams from competing..
  9. Non-GS rider Dumoulin to win the stage, put 2 minutes on Quintana and take the pink. Time to see if Nibali is ready to fight with Quintana. If he can't take back at least 30 seconds, things would be looking gloom for the italians.
  10. Roger Federer to miss Roland Garros. My interest in the tournament just plummeted. Rafito to continue dancing on the mud and end the year as number 1 And the beginning of the year was so magical..
  11. Wow, a system that doesn't cripple the european teams. I have to see it to believe it.
  12. After a few weeks of Eurovision, i need to clear my ears and i'm starting with this!
  13. I'll take it as a personal victory if i beat @hckosice in a hockey contest.
  14. Yeah, how do Cofidis get invited here. They seem to get into many races. This year king Sagan doesn't have it on a plate. So many sprinters are here it would be a nice battle for stages.
  15. Nibali hit the wall The dutch have passed him now.
  16. The Sky Giro curse strikes again. 2 for 1 this time.
  17. Fillipi in WTCC from pole-position missed the start and was last before the first corner. Very interesting first laps, more than the last few rounds.
  18. Finally Blockhaus today, let the carnage begin (i hope)
  19. Italy sunk both with the juries and televote after leading the odds for 4 months. They were out-voted by Moldova and Romania, which had the same fun song like them.
  20. Less televote points than Norway in 2009. No juries then.
  21. It's done, there aren't enough points
