  1. I don’t think they’ll remove anything, I just think they’ll add the single mixed to the games
  2. She’ll still be a star even if she sits the rest of this season out. There’s no world championships, and she’s already won plenty of races.
  3. I’m certain it will be on the program in 2026.
  4. Which would honestly be okay. Her father was everything to her, and I don’t want her racing until her mind is back on racing.
  5. Yes, nothing needs to be cut (especially since no extra quotas would be required)
  6. Hard disagree on that. I find it highly competitive (meaning the race themselves are always rather close), and easy to understand. People seem to like, and more nations are able to take part. It also allows the less deep teams to have a chance at a medal (though that didn’t happen today). I hope it’s added to the OG soon.
  7. So Estonia is still in this thing then. Japan v. Estonia might be a great game then. I’m quite glad to see some close results for a change too.
  8. Oh that was fun! I had about enough of this horseshit talking about how united the Democratic Party is. Everyone just witnessed in beautiful fashion why this party is a failure. Warren was the top performer by far, and is now the only candidate I believe to be capable of uniting the country. Sanders was in his element, and held off repeated attacks from “moderates” very well. Biden pulled a Cersei and walked right around the Clegane-Bowl that was Bloomberg v. Sanders. Buttigieg and Klobachar both had a rough night, and then fought each other! This party either nominates Warren, or loses the election. If there’s a possibility she can win, she has won my vote. I’d love to see Sanders pull through, but these “moderates” that “hate” Trump, won’t support Sanders against Trump. It looks like we’ll have a brokered convention, and I predict madness.
  9. Finally, a debate where everyone cannibalizes each other. This is the entertainment I’ve been waiting for since this time last year. Everyone finally airing each other’s dirty laundry. Bloomberg is getting the crap beat out of him by Warren and Sanders, and it’s absolutely glorious. Buttigieg faltering hard in the one debate he really needed to prove himself. Sanders and Biden holding their ground. Warren is like a freaking ninja right now. Where was this side of her two months ago? Bloomberg also called Sanders a communist, so he can kiss 40% of the parties’ support goodbye. He won’t win the general election, Sanders’ supporters will draw a line in the sand on him after that.
  10. According to reports from multiple outlets, the NFL will add two more teams to the playoffs. That means only one team gets a by per conference. They will also add a 17th game to the regular season, and remove one game from the preseason.
  11. Damn, We really could have used that victory over Norway. We’ll play for 5th now probably. If I’m not mistaken, Japan has already won group b? Quite an impressive showing for their first world championships.
  12. Junior World Championship livestreaming page: https://www.tsbv.de/index.php?id=231
  13. Whelp. Now rather or not he’s lying... Definitely time for a new round of House hearings and investigations.
  14. I’m going to try my first study based article, so please fill out the survey (so I have opinions to study): https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd7FMJzH67hsjuIel0VWeJWp-1-tb4Ry1nRRN-G51cm7wunUg/viewform?usp=sf_link
  15. I would add that just because something is “corny” “cheesey” or “simple” doesn’t mean it’s not inspired. The Paris 2024 logo is highly simplistic, but’s there’s a lot of thought and inspiration that went into it. I’m really enjoying this topic of conversation, so I’ll probably be publishing a survey/blog about it on Totallympics Media this week.
  16. I would absolutely wear any of the above, just maybe not University. Too many of private school uniforms to dress “out-there” for school.
  17. Yeah, not wearing pants. They’re a pair of sweatpants that I wear since I skate to and from university.
  18. Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, etc. The divide between Red and Blue states is about the biggest it’s been since the Civil Rights Era (1960s). Religious divide is there with red states becoming more extremely Christian, and with blue states becoming more agnostic and less faith-dependent. Economic divide is also huge between states like California/New York and Alabama/Maine.
  19. I’ve been at university for about an hour and half, and I just realized my pants are on backwards. One of those days I guess
  20. Good to be back, I’m in I’m also very happy to be visiting Croatia. The US jury also hopes to meet the movie famous 101 Dalmatians We’ll post our entry soon.
  21. Is Malta eligible for a shorting invite/quota? That would be their best bet at this point I think. Monaco could get a judo invite maybe? Montenegro has multiple opportunities.
  22. The EU will have the same problems as the US now. Strong cultural, religious, economic, and political divides. Both will fail eventually for those same reasons (probably).
  23. Conservatives play to people’s fears and lack of understanding. I think there is a place for conservative politics (and there should be), but modern populist conservatism is wrong. People will always be willing to throw someone under the bus. Yesterday it was the blacks, then the Jews, and now today it’s the immigrants. I think it stems from a lack of understanding, lack of strong foundations in education, and belief in misinformation.
  24. Finally watched Fantastic Mr. Fox today. Easily one of my favorite animated movies of all-time. A true masterpiece. Wes Anderson is a genius.
  25. Damn, you know it’s bad when Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Denmark, or Switzerland aren’t even doing it right Does anyone ever wonder what the world would be like if coin tries really listened to what the UN says? I feel like we’d be in such a better place right now.
