It`s a pity that a government like that in Iran or Pakistan cannot be established in Afghanistan, where there are normally sports federations and these countries win medals in various disciplines. Btw., during the pro-US government in Kabul, sport in Afghanistan was also very weak. As you can see, this is a serious and deep problem and the constant confusion in this country doesn`t allow us to change it.

    It seems that the form was prepared for the European Championship. There, Germany unexpectedly lost to the Netherlands in the 1/2 and we lost our chances of advancing to Paris. Here It was bad from the beginning: poor qualifying and the drama with Iran in the 1/8. If we won, China would be 1/4 anyway... The chances of moving up in the rankings are 1%, because India and Indonesia got too far away. Pity. However, I prefer the men's team with QO, which we have a chance to win a medal, than the girls' team, which are simply too weak.

    Realistically only Sinner + doubles with Sinner in the pair can hopr on a medal. Sinner even has a chance for gold, because at the Olympics they play to win 2 sets and it will be easier to beat Alcaraz. I don't believe in the Errani-Paolini doubles - their physical conditions are too weak and there is always a Gauff or Sabalenka who will dominate them.

    The IOC doesn`t recognize this new country under the Taliban? I'm sure the flag has been changed and the one at the top is no longer valid in Kabul. I remember that during the first Taliban's rule in Afghanistan, this country was excluded from the Olympics in Sydney 2000 for missed to respect women's rights.
