  1. Ok, but I'm not asking about Poland, just in general.
  2. Zelensky for Ukraine also has Polish origins? That's what I read. Even the last name is quite Polish.
  3. 4 Italian in 30 and della Mea in 10 places But of course there is still a second run and you have to maintain your positions or even improve them.
  4. How political parties do you prefer? Central- Left or Right?
  5. Her mother wanted money from the federation for a private team for the 16-year-old. In my opinion, this is also not entirely correct from a moral point of view, because only stars like Goggia or Brignone could afford a private team. They could have certainly tried to come to an agreement. Colturi has long been considered the new Janica Kostelic. They had to do everything not to lose her - give her money, but of course verify her progress after each season. Italy doesn't have much to lose, apart from Colturi in slalom, we don't have any important competitors and the national team has been standing still for many years.
  6. Peterlini 22/23, Resetti out. What is the point of this National Team? This group hasn't made any progress for several years. The same goes for the men's slalom. It would have been better to put all the money into private team of Colturi than to keep up this farce.
  7. Colturi should have been allowed to race for Italy in a private team. For me, this is the future on this sport, seeing how badly our team riders are riding from National Team.
  8. I didn't think Snellink would get that close. It's clear that the fight in Cortina in the 5 km will be close.
  9. Ghiotto won 5 km with a track recor but his advantage over Snellink was surprisingly small. If not for the Dutchman's wobble on the penultimate lap, it could have been even smaller - less than 1 second. I was more afraid of Eitrem, who was 3rd today with a loss of over 3 seconds. I think that Ghiotto would have lost to Roest today, but I hope that this is not the Italian's peak form. It is clear that Ghiotto changed his tactics a bit - i.e. he saved more strength for the last 2 laps and there he gained some time over Snellink. It`s important becouse on 5 km Roest was still beating him in the same way - very strong last 2 laps.
  10. But if you go to her Instagram, you also get the impression that she is more of a celebrity than a volleyball player.
  11. This season? It's a pity that we couldn't try fight for him, especially considering our problems in the sprints.
  12. Lara Malsinier and Alex Insam are junior World Championship medalists from a few years ago. Maybe it was possible to provide them with private teams then and now they could even fight for a single podium from time to time? I mean especially women because there, for example: Canada or France can be in the top, so why not us? Now Rodlauer from Austria has joined the Italian team but for now there is a huge gap to the top and only Sieff and Lara Malsinier are jumping well. There was success in the Summer Grand Prix but with a weak competition. Even 3rd place in a single competition in winter is worth more than winning the LGP with a terrible squad. It remains to wait but I fear that the most we can count on is a dramatic fight with France and maybe Finland in the mixed competition at the World Championships. Bresadola probably won't return this season, so only the inconsistent Insam remains.
  13. And even here we lose to France? I really don't know what's the point of organizing the Olympics if you can't make progress in practically any sport. France has the Olympics in 2030 and there they will definitely prepare 100%, just like for Paris. We can't do that. It's obvious that in ski jumping we have no chance of winning medals, but decency dictates that we should at least win here with a France like that.
  14. Most of our athletes are constantly bothered by something: the pressure to qualify, the miss of pressure when they have already qualified, etc. It's the same in football: at the beginning of the season they are a poor form becouse of a little played and at the end of the season they are tired. They are always looking for excuses. A real champion always plays at a high level, like Sinner, and doesn`t look for 1000 excuses for his poor performance.
  15. There's no point in cheating, these were terrible European Championships for us. Retronaz out of form, Constantini with a huge number of big mistakes. Only illness can excuse it... We've probably lost the last 10 matches with Switzerland... It looks like Constantini had the tournament of her life in mixed doubles in 2022 in Beijing and she will never reach this level again.
  16. What good is it to us if we took 4th place and lost an important match? If Constantini was sick, I forgive her, but I'm afraid that the Italian team will not exceed a certain level. Yes, they have made progress since 2022, but they lack that one decisive step to become a class team. Here we lost all important matches with teams at our/higher level: Sui x2, Sco x2, Swe. We only won with the one we were supposed to win with. I don't believe in a medal for this team in Cortina. After 2022, it seemed that Constantini could dominate women's curling, but it didn't happen that way. After Sinner's recent successes, I opened my eyes a bit and started to demand more from our athletes, coaches, and officials. I have no intention of being satisfied with 4th place, because with this approach, you won't achieve anything great.
  17. Looking at the dry result, it doesn't look good.
