Justin Jefferson is back just in time to save my fantasy team!
And he left the game with a chest injury. I suppose nobody could count on many fantasy points in a 3-0 game anyway
Eagles with another blowout loss, this time to Cowboys. Elsewhere Chiefs offense was dire again and Mahomes lost it after a TD was called back on correct offensive offside by WR Toney. I guess they will bring new WR next season since Toney in particular is horse poo this season.

Yeah, stopped clock doesn't work in football. There are too long periods when the ball is out of play not to mention injuries (fake or real). The art of time-wasting is too developed compared to any other sports not to mention frequent possession changes make it impossible to penalise any infractions with a change of possession itself (like in basketball for instance).

What happens if France goes to the final? will there be a play-off match to determine the second ticket?
Third-place team will qualify. The third-place match is scheduled to take place by rules anyway.
Back in League B
beat
2-0 in the last match to end the competition with five wins and one draw. Not like we can do any damage in League A but maybe we don't lose all the matches next season

The added time is only getting longer and that is by design. Eight minutes added on are hardly shocking according to the new guidances. Well, the art of time-wasting only gets tougher

ski jumping is alive! (at least for the women). I said this before Red Bull sponsoring Loutitt is a no-brainer
Over in the men
Paweł Wąsek didn't get a jump in the first round because one of the event helpers accidentally took his boots from the tower
That is probably a first, we've seen DNS due to goggles failure before but not this.

Full draw. Group B is the death star and @hckošiceshould be happy with the Slovakian group
Poland should be lucky IF we even qualify and we stand no chance in this group anyway.
-
Good draw for
so far. Past-prime Belgium and Romania...
Italy goes to Spain, Croatia and Albania

women's team beat
1-0 and advanced to Division A of the Nations League with one game remaining.

That's quite a change allthough I suppose the backing comes from private sponsors?
Makes me recall Ingemar Mayr changing from Austria to Netherlands but his mother was Dutch so there was that.

Anyone know why Marusiak and Boyd Clause didn't compete in Ruka? Also it's really nice seeing Americans and Italians get points
Marusiak skipped Ruka on purpose, he will be back in Lillehammer.
Boyd-Clowes suspended his career and won't compete this winter. Given his age (32yo) it's anyone's guess if he actually comes back (he missed the 14/15 season like that before but obviously he was much younger). The current season is without OG or Nordic World Champs (only Ski Flying WCh) so that maybe explains the decision.

Looks like it may be a difficult season for
ski jumpers.
Hope they will bounce back in 2026.
The problem is Stoch, Kubacki and Żyła are getting older and we don't have any new kid on the block.
PS. If i could rule this thing, i would like to have 1st round in KO-format like 4 Hills Tournament ALWAYS. Normally 1st round is really boring for me sometimes, I watch only 15 last jumpers or sth...
It's an old problem and now reality will bite hard. Stoch 87.5 in qualifying and he looks completely washed. In 2026 things will look really hilarious. Obviously blaming Thurnbichler has started already. Yeah, that should solve the issues. I wonder how long until "experts" start calling for Maciusiak's or Sobczyk's return

Cowboys CB DuRon Bland sets NFL record with his FIFTH interception TD of the season. And it's still November!
