  12. That fact that she's still pushing for change in this statement tells me that she still doesn't understand the situation. The system isn't broken, she is, mentally. Professional sport simply isn't for those who can't deal with the pressure that comes with it. She has to come to terms with it and either try to improve with the help of psychologists, or she needs to retire before her depression becomes worse. You can say that it's not fair, but hey, that's just how sports work. Some careers are cut short because they were born with some physical defect, the same can true for some athletes who don't have the right personality / mental traits for it.

  13. @Benolympique I think you can add relays in swimming. Rankings are closed today. 1. BTW there is no quota for Poland in badminton single W, because Jordan Hart doesn't have Polish citizenship and can't start in Olympic Games. 2. There is the mistake in K2 1000 m men (kayak). OQ is for Hungary, not for Poland.

  19. What the hell, Netherlands went 0-1 down to France in the QF, got back to 1-1 early in the second half and then got pummeled by the French....who missed every single chance, after which Boadu scored 2-1 with barely 10 seconds of injury time left

  28. Yes. Only Micov is missing who would certainly be in top 25. But, I still feel this list is like a wish list for now. I don't know did they have contacts with all these guys and they confirmed. If they did than it only depends on the NBA season end.

  30. I believe it will be between 2 and 4. +109 is guaranteed. very good chance for women's 49kg and 87kg. also slim chance for men's 96kg.

  31. we will have the final list in 2 weeks apparently but we will probably have a better idea when IWF publishes the updated list (after removing ineligible weightlifters) on 3 or 4 June. This is the ranking if we remove "obvious" ineligible weightlifters. if all those weightlifters expected to not participate doesn't get selected, CZE and HUN will be in top 8 and Kuworge will take the European quota. but even if none of this happens. he still has a good chance to take the re-allocated African quota. this will be stupid to deny him a chance. he is the World Junior Champion with a brilliant future. good chance not be selected good chance not be selected -----------------------------------TOP8 Won't be selected 99% 109kg weightlifter but has a chance to play dirty and qualify here won't be selected most probably won't be selected most probably
