My family does eat out a lot, so we're not a good example. However, we have family friends who rarely eat fast food.
 
There's also a great deal varriance in the kind of fast food people our consuming. In California, designer fast food chains are popular (build your own sandwich [Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy Johns], build your own burritos [Chipotle], build your own pizza [Blaze Pizza, Pieology, MOD Pizza], etc.). Of course, burger chains, fried chicken chains, and more ominbus chains are popular too.

This is generally the sterotype you get when asking Europeans about America 

It's probably not terrible comapred to other Olympic sports, but comaprative to college or professional sports, there isn't as much coverage, marketing, etc. (generally).
 
International sports also just don't seem to draw US audiences they way they draw audiences else where in the world. It could be down to poor marketing or high competition from other sporting/cultural events, but I'm not sure in that regard.

The race is being held mid-day Friday. People probably have work, school, and other business. Plus, biathlon doesn't have a lot of publicity in the United States, even if there is a dedicated community. The weekend will hopefully bring more curious locals, toursits, etc.

Undeniably Greek, but it does remind me a lot of similar ethno-pop entries “Unicorn,” “Fuego,” “Cleopatra.” If the performance is good, it will probably end up in my top 10, or at least threatening it.

Unless some streaming becomes available tomorrow, it looks like this will be the second time in a row where there's more reliable coverage of the Pacific Games than the African Games

And now his ex-wife (they divorced before they died), / volleyball player Ruxandra Dumitrescu has passed away at age 46 from cardiac arrest. She was originally from Romania but got Greek citizenship after many years playing in our women's league (17 in total but she got citizenship after 7 years), played for the Greek women's national team at Athens 2004 as well.
 
They had a son together also, he is probably not even a teenager yet, so sad for him to grow up without parents...

Hana Goda wins the 1st gold medal of African Games after defeating  Dina Meshref in Final 4-2

I believe they were at one point, but they campaign unaffiliated now. I generally go to their campaign websites and view their platforms/qualifications and endorsements.

African Games isn't a direct qualifying competition in Table tennis , we have the African Qualifiers in Kigali in May 

It appears that the results system is wrong and  beat  in one of the Round of 16 matches. 
 
Therefore the 4 qualifiers are Nigeria x2, Congo and Senegal.
