  1. Wow, we have 4 women make the main bracket in the sabre. I didn't know we had 4 fencers at all, let alone making it out of the qualifying
  2. Alexander Vezenkov has rejected the offer of Sacramento Kings and has decided to stay with Olympiacos one more season with hopes to win the Euroleague. Sacramento are going to keep his card (or whatever way they transfer players) and follow his next season and try to bring him in next summer.
  3. Dollar > Euro, congratulations to all Europeans on the bright future and competent politicians.
  4. Bulgaria = does not compute Guess it's youtube for me.
  5. Crap.... Never seen Pogacar so helpless like now. Let's hope it's only one nightmare day and not that he is sick...
  6. So Norway are the reigning champions huh?
  7. Evil defeated, the tennis Gods did the right thing today.
  8. Bad start from Djokovic and Kyrgios doing nothing wrong. Could be a repeat of the USO fiasco.
  9. I've got only one fear and that's Covid ruining the race and they DQ-ing Pogacar.
  10. We will probably lose with the same score to Spain How come Greece is in division B and we are in division A, that's the real mystery?!
  11. I wouldn't say it's karma for the British for their decision, but the outcomes are really fascinating Rybakina, Djokovic and Kyrgios are probably the worst options they could have wanted from a PC standpoint.
  12. Oh Man another big loss, as legendary James Caan has died. https://deadline.com/2022/07/james-caan-dead-the-godfather-brians-song-1235059572/
  13. A day later, but we are there What can i say, i enjoy the guy and the way he rides. He is the best chance we will ever get to see a Merckx in our lifetime and i'm here for it. Unlike Froome and the Sky bots we had in the past decade, Pogacar is way more versatile and exciting to watch, so his early dominance isn't that tiresome and irritating. In other things, i don't get what van Aert wanted to accomplish today. It was such a bizarre strategy, as if he wanted to get rid of the yellow and don't fight for the stage win.. Sagan in the shadows again.. I'm like a broken record, but it just feels so weird to think and say, that he is finished as a top competitor. His downfall seem so fast and sudden.
  14. What en exciting stage Wasn't as epic as in 2014, but much, much better than the last 2 times they tried cobbles in the Tour. Almost every nightmare happened to Jumbo, but the last 10 km saved them. Pity that Pogacar didn't get the yellow and Sagan was nowhere to be seen.
  15. What is the forecast for tomorrow? I'm expecting slight chaos, but with a bit of rain it would be even more fun. Time for Sagan to shine again.

  17. Well that was a disappointing end to the streak....
  18. The low ranked British players doing better than usual this year. Wins for Draper, Gray, Peniston, Murray (). Jubb barely lost to Kyrgios. Too bad for them, that grass is only one month a year.
  19. Can't wait for the battle to begin Pogacar to make the triple and this time he has a reinforced team behind him. Jumbo-Visma and Sky, pardon Ineos, still with the strongest teams though, with multiple, multiple leaders, but that didn't work so well the last time. I'm actually going to say, that Vingegaard is going to bump Roglic for JV's top spot at the end of the second week. The four horsemen of Ineos are more unpredictable, though it's too early for Pidcock to make a proper GC run i reckon. Thomas is past his best times, so he is probably going to be the trusting helper, but the more valuable question will be, if he is even going to finish the full three weeks. A. Yates hasn't raced much this year and his form is rather mysterious. So that leaves Dani Martinez as the best option in my eyes, though with him you never know, when he is going to have a crash, or lose a corner and stupidly abandon the race. I'm not seeing a surprise name making the GC top 3 currently, but if i had to chose someone from the rest i was going to mention Caruso, but that was before the raids in Bahrain.. And of course, the man, the myth, the green machine Peter Sagan is also here.
