Awful bad luck for Andrew Young. Had a big crash in yesterday 15km, was taken to hospital. At first it was thought he had broken his hip, or femur, or both. Fortunately it was just extremely bad bruising, but he’s out for a while. Hopefully he can get back, but he was a medal contender in the Worlds, and was heading for our best ever placing in a World Cup even, both of which would have been huge publicity & sponsorship boosts for British Nordic skiing.
