    I’m old school on most things, but even I do not think they need to go back to live pigeons on this one.

    Easy day today - not many medals and most sports can be followed on catchup rather than live. So out for a while then back for lunch.

    Just about to post the same thing, but my version of the story has women going off at 08:00 Paris Time as scheduled, but the men afterwards at 10:45, so not simultanously.     Latest I’ve heard is that there will be a water quality test at 03:30 tomorrow & then a decision will made to either run tomorrow or postpone until 2 August. Utterly hopeless & insulting to the athletes.

    Epic run by Baldoni. Missed two gates, paddled back upstream to get both of them & still gets in only about 30 seconds down, so will certainly beat everyone who gets a 50.
