  1. Eddie Dunbar wins with a classic opportunist attack out of an over-sized breakaway. And Roglič shaves some more chunks from Ben O'Connor's Parmesan.
  2. As far as I can see all of these things are down to covered on C4's YouTube feed except obviously the archery. Then badminton & table tennis will be on multiple courts, but mainstream C4 will pick up British interest.
  3. Same thing every time: the whole event depends on very subjective medical judgements. Things run on fine for years when nobody is much interested but then when the only important competition in the sport rolls in everybody gets the rule books out.......sadly, I'd be looking at a rival team who have made a complaint.
  4. Heptathlon shot has measuring issues so they are wiping ALL throws mid-second round.
  5. Brave used to be good, but most sites are able to detect it now.
  6. Evening session now & geo-blocking has kicked in here in
  7. We can now get an idea of what is being streamed over the first couple of days by checking the Channel 4 Sports section on YouTube. https://m.youtube.com/@Channel4Sport
  8. This wouldn't happen if Newfoundland still had its own team, like it used to!
  9. No, the Peruvian morning started working on EVS about an hour or so late, but continued to the end of the session. Peruvian evening session is scheduled at 22:00 time, so I guess 23:00 with you.
  10. In case you are wondering, English commentators are Geoff (father of Jake Weightman) & Paula Radcliffe.
  11. Live stream.working!
  12. There's a problem with the stream out of Peru; action is underway per the live results.
  13. Should remind you also that both Eurovisionsport and World Athletics require a free registration. And Eurovisionsport does not work with ad-blocking in your browser.
  14. And here's the Entry Lists for Rome on Friday. Programme 2024 (diamondleague.com)
  15. Here's your official "How to watch in your country" aka "What's the best VPN system?" page for this. Where to watch | Lima 24 | World Athletics U20 Championship Here in it is the BBC IPlayer - which schedules the evening sessions only. We'll just have to wait and see whether the morning sessions are also geo-blocked on Eurovision and the World Athletics feed.
  16. Another bit of good news, sort of. The Martin Fourcade Festival races next weekend are also being covered - OK, on Eurovision Sport.
  17. There has been a theory that if you could get an endurance sprinter & put them in as the discard TP rider that would be the ideal team, but no-one has ever been able to make it work.
  18. Coverage has been a bit funny in years gone by pre COVID because it was packaged with a whole lot of 90% Asian & Oceanian Alpine & Nordic races.
  19. The four World Cups - ski & board - from next weekend are live on Discovery etc
  20. Think Swoboda was being attacked by a wasp there!
  21. Karalis also a 6.00 man now!
  22. Don't think El Bakkali's new sunglasses helped him there!
  23. Wow, huge WR for Ingebritsen on what was already a great time by Komen!
  24. Any historic links between blue elephants & Silesia as there is with gingerbread & Torun or trumpeters & Krakow?
