    Not such a great afternoon, but silver for Sophie Unwin & bronze for Laura Fachie in the Blind tandem TT.

    Believe it is created for people that have cerebral palsy, but there are different categories for degrees of severity and other conditions now. Some people literally seem to be able to move only their head, nothing below the neck. They play by instructing assistants to set up a frame. I'm sure there will be someone near him that can help.

    Dafne Schrager into Gold in the C1-C3 - mixed groups so a factored time. Faith Brown beats it..... just silver in the end.

    Of we go with the cycling road ITTs. Many races running concurrently in several different bunches, short 14.1k course & safely out in the suburbs. Pretty flat & twisty course.

    After a long wait....sadly Piers did well in the first half of the bout, but for some reason completely fell apart after the break, so just a silver. Believe he goes again in one of the other disciplines later in the week.

    Yeah, slow evening so far - we are spoilt - with not much going right in the pool. Still, big day tomorrow with a pile of cycling Time Trials early morning & mid afternoon.
