    Athletics is always the easiest & cheapest sport for new nations to start a para program, so it will always be the most competitive. But certainly UKA seems a bit complacent when it comes to recruiting new talent compared to swimming or cycling for sure.

    Great Games for 49 Gold 44 Silver 31 Bronze Second overall. Very small number of disappointments, maybe one Games too many for a handful, but otherwise a great two weeks for us.

    We got a 4x100m relay that could bring up medal 100..... Good news.is that there is no baton, just a tap.... Silver medal behind have a bleeding guess... OK pretty sure we are on 100 medals now because we are in an active fencing final.
