Jon Rahm hit a hole in one through water in practice! Obviously nobody would try this shot in real competition but this is pretty insane. I wonder if some golf movies will copy this into the script in the future?

Ocasio-Cortez is one person that will blow up the Democratic party from the inside going forward. Even left-wing The Guardian has seen the light. The progressives vs moderates civil war inside the Democratic party is only on hold, it will sky-rocket in 2021 again IMO. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/nov/08/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-ends-truce-by-warning-incompetent-democratic-party

Yeah, Trump was an arch enemy of Chinese economy so Biden & Harris will now roll out the red carpet for Chinese market to make up for the lost four years IMO.
-
Biden probably won't seek re-election in four years time and buggers off due to "health reasons". Since the Democrats are ultra-divided anyway I expect someone will challenge Kamala Harris for the nomination especially if the covid-recovery costs too much. The Trump excuse is off now and if economy remains in the gutter I expect a lot of internal bickering among the Democrats who'd like to pounce on the weak Biden tenure and have Harris swept away with him as well.

That was some run! And he passed Logano for the lead on track! I was rooting for Elliott alright! He wins the title in Jimmie Johnson's final start for Hendrick. That's called passing of the torch in style.

Joan Mir wins at Valencia and has 37 points lead with two races left. I can't see him choking the title away IMO. Sam Lowes crashed out in Moto2 and Bastianini leads the standings again. -
Other than Waites & Harms I don't know anyone who over-extended their BDO stay. I have some Ted Hankey flashes from years gone by but he fizzled out in PDC rather fast IIRC. I suppose PDC has some Q-schools in place but the turnover value will be high. I guess those traditional UK sports like snooker or darts were forced to go international in wake of the tobacco advertising ban? Embassy used to sponsor both darts & snooker and I have no clue where they get their money from these days (other than betting sites).
-
I accidentally stumbled upon news that BDO folded two months ago. It was obvious they lost the PDC battle for the stars of the game but what happens with these casual second-tier players who used BDO as a step on the ladder? Either darts become more top-heavy or even more international now?

I find it hilarious the Vienna killer was a detained terrorist who was released from prison because he allegedly possessed no threat to society anymore

If Trump wins Florida then Biden would have to win both Ohio & Pennsylvania (or Michigan) for the deciding swing? Or it wouldn't be enough?

Business as usual. Funny how these mass shootings only happen in the liberal Western countries? French secularism forces police to guard the churches which is hilarious given the state secularism itself. Bastille wasn't brought down for police to guard the priests some 200 years later And now Austria joins the fun as well.

Patriots fell to 2-5 after Cam Newton fumble cost them a shot at the game-tying FG vs Bills. Newton was one play away from beating the Seahawks in W2 but he's been absolutely horrible in October and it's rather clear he won't be offered a long-term deal after this season. Meanwhile Raiders are 4-3 after beating Browns 16-6 in weather conditions called "graupel" Apparently even Americans don't use this word too often and don't know the full meaning

Chase Elliott won at Martinsville and advances into championship four along with Logano, Hamlin & Keselowski. Kevin Harvick has 9 wins, 20 Top 5s, 26 Top 10s, O DNF and misses out. That's one example how stupid this Playoff chase system really is. Harvick would have had like 4 titles under the pre-2004 points system (including 2020) IIRC. He only has one in the gimmick Chase system.

Formula 1 FIA World Championship 2020

Kvyat is only 26 but this is his 6th full season already. A little too late to consider him a starter. It's a miracle that he was given another chance anyway which had more to do with the Red Bull Academy fizzling out and Brendon Hartley proving to be a complete wash. Albon was supposed to be in Formula E before the F1 call-up. He should enjoy another chance there but it's becoming quite clear he doesn't have what it takes to succeed in a top F1 team. Stoffel Vandoorne had like the most impressive GP/F2 resume in the last decade and he bounced off the superior teammate wall in F1. Yuki Tsunoda will be signed just to make Honda happy enough not to give up on the project like two months into the season. They are going out anyway and Red Bull can't afford to waste a whole season several months in advance. -

Hamilton wins at Imola after a lucky virtual safety car timing gave him a free pitstop. Verstappen spun out of second after a tyre failure and master choker George Russell crashed under safety car while running in the points. Alex Albon also choked after the restart and spun all on his own. I wonder if Perez has a shot at replacing him at Red Bull next season? Daniil Kvyat finished 4th but it looks like Yuki Tsunoda will be in that AlphaTauri next season since even BBC talked about it on air. -
Islam won't back off. France's "secular values" mean shit to them. Of course there will be more murders like that and in 20 years time we will barely shrug shoulders over this like with these mass shootings in USA. France's society seems more afraid of Marine Le Pen than Islamist terrorists anyway

Well, Rockets are cleaning house. Now they need to get rid of Harden. This style of play won't win them the title no matter how many 3s he hits.

It's Wednesday and the Texas race is on rain delay for almost 72 hours now. Meanwhile Kyle Larson is back. He will drive #5 Hendrick car in 2021 & beyond. https://www.nascar.com/news-media/2020/10/28/kyle-larson-signs-with-hendrick-motorsports-drive-5-in-2021/

More like mercenaries from LA This time Clayton Kershaw didn't choke the playoffs away.
