About the "abandoned" venues, Maracanã is having regular matches from some time now (of course the field was a mess after Olympics, but now is back to normal). Also, all the five temporary swimming pools have been dismantled (even the pictures show that) and are on their way to multiple cities across Brazil - the only thing left is the Arena "skeleton" which should be gone soon since we have the Rock in Rio festival in September. Don't ask me about the golf course, though. Anyway, here's the project for the Rock in Rio festival, for which I bought tickets. Can't wait to be back at the Olympic Park, even if it isn't for a sports-related event...
