    Great, who decided to hold the Pan American Combined Climbing Championships and the Rugby Sevens World Tour on the same weekend ?. How am I supposed to cover both? I think I’ll chose to cover the IFSC Pan Ams, but that’s annoying, It’s not like I’m overflowing with opportunities to attend events in-person as media.

    If you are an aspiring communications major, do not use the Astros press conference as an example. It’s not everyday you see a team dig their grave deeper on live television.

    Palau and Tonga will both look for Tripartite spots. Palau got one in 2016, so the ICF would probably favor Tonga here. Though the Pacific nations haven’t shown much strength, canoe racing is strongly rooted in their culture. Va’a is one of the most anticipated sports at every Pacific Games. Its nice to see more nations thriving to qualify here.

    Falklands will participate, but they’ve been told they’ll have to leave the playing surface when certain “VIPs” arrive. BWF have made it very clear that they support the Falklands on this matter.

    Though it’s not saying much at all, Badminton is by far the Falklands best sport. They haven’t faired well at the Commonwealth Games, but they have shown they’re willing to devote what resources they have into the sport. I hope to see a mildly competitive player (at least at the Commonwealth level) come out of there some day.

    Good for NowThis. I really like their content (though I think it’s generally a bit left of center), so hopefully these are good little segments. I’ll post the segments on here since NowThis is a social media exclusive news agency (though I think they have a website, and a free news channel)

    This doesn’t sound good at all. I know his crash last week was bad, but this is just https://www.insidethegames.biz/articles/1090440/kai-sakakibara-medical-coma-bmx-crash Worth noting that this could be the second male Australian BMX rider to suffer a career ending, and life threatening injury during a race in in this Olympic cycle (of course the other one occurred at the Rio 2016 Olympics)

    @OlympicIRL Already declared my interest to host yesterday I already ideas for what I want in place, but I would have to see in @dezbee2008 would be okay with my vision. I’m with Croatia too, but I hate uncontested bid processes (cough*2024/2028*cough)
