    That reminds me, I need to apply for study abroad in London this fall. Political Science was another route I looked into, but no one was able to convince me to join. I enjoy politics (I know, shocking), but I just couldn’t see myself doing something I love in political science, as where I could in communications (emphasis in Public Relations, Social Media, and Journalism). From what I’ve seen Ljubljana looks pretty nice, I hope you get accepted.

    I believe many of the “proper” names for diseases include numbers, but it’s not really my field of expertise so I wouldn’t know. Covid-19 is just Coronavirus 2019 simplified from my understanding.

    “Picture-in-picture” got my through lecture classes in high school. Nothing like watching cross country skiing while learning about how members of the state senate are chosen (which should be common knowledge really)

    Yeah, there’s not any dumb firefighters in California. I have major respect for firefighters (P.S in the Police v. Fire debate, I’ll always go fire)

    Yeah, I think psychology actually explains my problem with math, but I’ve mostly hated it as well. I had to take one math class so far in college, but it statistics, and it was interesting since we use a lot of those in psychology and communication studies.

    Volunteer or full-time? It takes a lot to be a firefighter in California (you actually have to major in something called Fire Science), but the job pays quite well from what I understand.

    Mathematics. (Well, and the Priesthood) (and most of the sciences and subjects that contain a lot of math).

    I always thought about studying tourism, and I tested very well into the that category. However, it came down to Psychology and Communication Studies for me in the end. There’s also still a chance I might do some Marketing studies as well.

    Same, though I’m still a student, and I have TM as a side gig so...not really “unemployed” then.

    I think the IOC has made some gaffs, but IOC under Bach has made many of the needed reforms.

    Which is why we’re not going to do that, but shutting down countries for weeks on weeks will do worse to most economic and health systems.

    No, that’s not what I meant to any means. The IOC is obligated to kick one core sport off the program after 2020 (every 8 years). They can also allow that sport to then be voted back in (i.e Wrestling), but think we should choose a new sport this time around. I was just offering viable candidates.

    This why I think we should try for “max” transmission now. The more people get, and the quicker; the faster this problem goes away. We should absolutely protect at risk groups, but we just need to let this virus take its course at this point.

    Well yeah. Coronavirus is a very cultural thing right now. Just think of all of the memes and artwork that have come about because of it

    In my opinion, these qualifiers have only been further proof as to why Boxing should kicked from the Olympics at mach speed. Make Squash, Baseball/Softball, Roller Sports, Karate, or Sport Climbing the new core sport and be on with it.

    I hope not. The virus isn’t that deadly, and people are getting way to hysterical about it. I don’t think canceling any of these sports events will help that much in the long run.
