  1. Michel Mulder retired and in the first major competition in Thialf his 2013 OQT track record gets broken (it was 34,31, shared with two others, Dubreuil just posted 34,30)
  2. To be fair, Guigonnat has been missing the epic French glory boat this season and missed it big time.
  3. Ok, RIP Jacquelin. He's gonna have to try and hold on for 2nd.
  4. A sprint between Jacquelin and JTB....seen that before
  5. Wroooong! You're wrong!!
  6. Tero Seppälä is having some week.
  7. Boe, Boe and Christiansen have been told this is the last lap or what?
  8. More interesting 50k than often, they've been dropping like flies in between attacks and semi-attacks. I can hardly see Krüger beat Bolshunov, but let's see.
  9. No idea, but it does sound like hospitals have taken it upon themselves to go outside of what the authorities say and start testing more suspicious cases. No idea about numbers though.
  10. Visibility of around 6 centimeters at the Holmenkollen, come the fuck on, how can March suck so bad
  11. Karlsson What a race that was, I find it so hard to imagine she only made her World Cup debut a little over one year ago and this was only her 12th WC race
  12. According to Marco Büchel, trouble is brewing in Slovenia as well. Let's hope that's not also cancelled, that'd just be even more sad..
  13. Oh come on. I hate this winter.
  14. It is of course possible they did meet someone else who travelled to a more affected area and got it there, since one doesn't have to actually show symptoms (or feel sick in any way) in order to be able to spread it.
  15. If someone can provide a list, sure, otherwise it's gonna be a while before I can make time for it
  16. Has Italy stopped doping controls yet? If so, 30 gold medals incoming
  17. To be fair, apart from places like China and North Korea, I think no country would basically completely lock down such huge areas that early. Which in this case might be a bit of a shame.
  18. And Italy is a country that quarantained several (albeit small) places early on already. The Netherlands didn't do anything and only now is sort of warning people in one province to "stay home when having mild symptoms". I'd be surprised if we don't see Italy's current situation here in a few weeks.
  19. Right. It's all a bit a matter of growing up, it seems, from both sides. Don't make such a fuss about shaking someone's hand since that is indeed the norm here - just like you and me would most likely at least try to adapt to norms in other cultures if we'd go there, no way I'd enter a religious building with my shoes on if the local norm is to take off your shoes - and don't make such a fuss about making it obligated. People need to chill it a bit, jeez. Anyway, coronavirus. We're all going to die and such.
  20. This might be all political, but what's the big deal about a handshake (in normal, non-viral circumstances)? I mean, surely when one wants to become citizen of a country, shaking hands to finish the process is hardly an impossible step to overcome?
  21. @hckosice is now going to protest against COVID-19, it's gone too far.
  22. Damn, not just getting that handshake thing out of the way temporarily in this situation is pretty dumb indeed
  23. Giacomel and Bionaz, Italy's male future is looking bright.
