New WJR for Kolesnikov who wins the swim-off to be the reserve. I bet he's so happy he's the reserve now

As now we come across the world
To share these Games of old
Let all the flags of every land
In brotherhood unfold

Isn't the personality of an athlete more important when it's about liking someone or not than the flag in front of the name? :p

Sure I'm just not a big fan of people who don't have many ties to a country other than a passport competing for that country. The only other national team swimmer like that is Condorelli who didn't even show up at nationals so he might be done with our federation anyway.

If everyone from "Eastern Europe and Africa" is doping, why do USA "rule the pool", and GB Australia and China win so much, compared to say Algeria or Sudan who don't only country from outside who kind of do are South Africa.

Because poor countries have nothing to lose, obvously.

Forgetting the not very small point that rich countries might have slightly more money for slightly more advanced 'systems' :d

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Ah, that explains it. Thanks dcro, there can be no more ambiguity. Maybe if I go to the Democratic Republic of the Congo I will be a World Champion too!

Kirstie Coventry does sort of prove 0,1% of the theory
