Now that you mention it,  has actually won all four world cup stages on the mens side. They really are huge favorites.

 

Meanwhile  Shriever has won three out of four of the womens world cup races. I feel like the competition is closer there though.

 Shriever,  Sakakibara,  x2 (M. Smulders, L. Smulders)  Classens,  Pajon,  Stancil,   Wiloughby, right now would probably be the favorites in the women's event. 

 

For the men, I would say  Daudet,  Andre,  White,  Kennedy,  Kimmann and  x3 (Arboleda Ospina, Ramirez Yepes, Carmona Garcia) are the favorites.  (Butti, Marquart) should be in the mix too.

Anyone know if there was an issue in Sarrians today? It was due to host the 5th round of the BMX Racing World Cup but I can't see any information or updates on the UCI website.

Competition was cancelled due to strong wind.

This one usually provides updates (they waited long with the cancellation notice, but had a delay message early in the day, which suggested wind hadn't died down ).
