I really wanted him and Poland's Lesiak to go into semis, but qualifying in men's diving is always cutthroat.

After the prelims I think the following divers will get the quotas for Tokyo:

Mohab Ishak was really close from qualifying , if only that 3rd attempt which he got 37  this guy finished 4th in a WC in USA this season , i guess he has some good future , but he needs support from our federation at least to participate in some WCs 

Think they should worry about getting out of the group first...

Olympic quota:

Thank you... as with the men in this event, it wasn't a medal I expected as this has been our worst event since 2012.
They were regular enough to earn that medal, even when the judges tried to award the Russians enough points in their last dive.
 
Curious fact is that Paola Espinosa earned her first World Championships in this same event, with former partner Laura Sanchez, back in 2003.

yes

we have players (even stars) who dip their stick into the toilet if they can't score for a long time. one our star did it at the Olympics during the intermission.
