  2. I think 7/8 spots are almost final: 2 Chinese, 2 Japanese, Tai, Sindhu and Intanon. For the 8th spot, it is a fight between Marin, Saina and others. Marin has got horrible draws in her comeback. Chen Yu Fei in Korea Open and Nozomi Okuhara in China Open. I don't expect Marin to win either match, so close to her return. So, she will lose valuable chance to get points. Hence, the confidence (or you can say hope) in Saina retaining the 8th seed.
  3. Official statement: ISRO Chairman Dr. Sivan : Descent was planned. Normal performance observed in descent up-to 2.1 Km. After that, communication lost. Data being analysed.
  4. There is a reason space is called the final frontier. Hopefully, even with a crash landing, the rover is safe and relay data. Hopefully Orbiter would pick enough data to make corrections for the next attempt.
  5. Unmanned. There is a rover along with the lander which will try and collect data.
  6. Fingers crossed for Chandraayan-2. In a few hours, ISRO will attempt to soft land Vikram near the South Polar region of moon.
  7. See this proves Mugabe learned from his mistakes and tried to rectify them. They should rename Zimbabwe as Mugabeland in honor of the great nationalist, saviour of proletariat, humanitarian and philanthropist Robert Mugabe.
  8. Didn’t Woodrow Wilson ‘bring democracy’ to a number of Latin American nations?
  9. Give me the name of an American President who didn’t invade another country, propped up dictators or overthrew democratic governments. So, can I say that being a psychopath war criminal is a must to be US President?

  12. Are you kidding me? Sindhu just won WS title at World Championships. Sai Praneeth won Bronze. Satwik/Chirag won Thailand Open just last month. We had bad 12-18 months in Badminton but past 1 month has been amazing.
  13. Unless she misses a significant portion of the remaining season due to injury, she will qualify easily. In fact, I am pretty sure she would be seeded among top 8 at Olympics.
  14. What I meant is if I select say GBR, it will show all athletes from GBR qualified for Olympics across all disciplines. Also, the user interface is quite intuitive and I don't think there is any need for a user guide.
  15. Thanks for the amazing work. Just to clarify, the reason I was not sure about accuracy of the work is because of my limited following of results. Also, is it possible to add a country filter to the website, where we can see all the athletes of the selected nation who have either qualified or are in qualification spots at present.
  16. Not sure about the accuracy or frequency of updates but someone had shared the following link about rankings for Tokyo qualification. Link
  17. Manu Bhaker and Saurabh Chaudhary Winning all the WCs in a year.
  18. 10m Air Pistol Mixed team: Bronze medal match: HUN vs CHN Gold medal match: IND vs IND Lets see if Abhishek/Yashaswini win team title after individual golds or Manu/Saurabh make it 4/4 in World Cups this year
  19. And with that Gold we ensure that we will top the Medal table.
  20. Gold medal match: IND vs CHN Bronze medal match: IND vs HUN
  21. Is there someplace where we can track who all have met the requirements? And how far those who haven’t are?
