Nikol Ogrodníková - Javelin Throw Women She thew 62,12 metres in Ostrava as she needed to confirm her A limit. currently has this inner rule to confirm the limit you accomplished either in 2019 or 2020. Nikol Ogrodníková and Tomáš Staněk (Shot put) has successfully done it. Zuzana Hejnová (400m hurdles) and Jakub Vadlejch (Javelin) haven't because they have not competed this year yet. Anyways, if they don't confirm the limit before summer COC would probably not let them to compete in Tokyo. ..... -
Yes, a little sad for us but we respect that. Anyways, she said that she will not return back on the courts but on the other hand she would like to have a Wimbledon fairwell. So maybe something may happen in All England Club either this or next year :-)

Male from table tennis would make sense. But I would dare to disagree. In my opinion female will be Wu Jingyu (taekwondo). Olympic champion 2008,2012 amd after missing Rio due to pregnancy she will fight for her 3rd Olympic title.

I think the same was with ECH. There was only some kind of poot quality YTB broadcasting,but results nowhere to be found. Always the next day in a pdf version. Taekwondo federation results and information system is quite old and poor. They should really think about it as one of the Olympic sports!

Cheering for Ondrej Teply. He missed Rio just by very little. His brother could not participate in Laser qualifier cause of being covid 19 positive right before first race. So I hope Ondrej makes it!!

Yeah, I saw that. The top 6 qualify only under the condition China is amongst them, right? If China does not advance to top 6 then only 5 best will secure their spots, right?

Do I get play off right? After Round Robin, first 2 qualify directly to the semifinals when 3rd to 6th team will qualify to "quarterfinal" ... Means 7th-14th team don't advance to play offs, right?

I read all the comments and the article but just to clarify one more time. All relays that DQ or DNF in the final are qualified for Tokyo 2020 anyway based on the result that they qualified for final, right?

Yeah, what the hell was that. I followed their path since around 3 months ago when they started their training especially for World Relay to fight for Tokyo 2020. They train so hard and so much any possible small details on exchanges. Then you come to race and you show this..... They work hard for it and then Stromšík slows down too early and Polák runs away ... Wtf
