Secondo me però l'impatto è almeno un filino più limitato di quanto si può pensare, perlomeno al maschile, considerando che ormai squadre italiane non ce ne stanno e quindi spesso in ritiro gli atleti vanno fuori. Al femminile forse è un po' peggio. Certo è che non è una bella storia. La soluzione potrebbe essere quella di costruire una pista e non un velodromo. Mi spiego: al momento c'è l'esigenza di allenarsi, chi se ne frega di uno stadio adatto alle competizioni? Si potrebbe provare a costruire una struttura temporanea coperta solo per gli allenamenti.
