    We've always had good juniors, but somehow they step into a black hole after becoming seniors. Still, I feel Rares Toader is different, and he will be the best Romanian shot putter ever.

    I'm proud of our guy Rares Toader, who managed to qualify to the shot put final; it's his first major final at senior level (he is 19 yo and 2 months). He's also qualified for the Olympics, and I see a great future for him if he continues to train the way he does now. Ofc, he's not Bukowiecki (yet :D) but he can be an important contender in shot put for many years...

    There is a tiny line in the article which says "according to some sources, it seems the Romanian Gymnastics Federation and the NOC are trying to find a way to select BOTH girls for RIo". But it doesn't say who those sources are; Romanian sports media is shitty, so this might be utter crap. Regardless of this, THERE IS NO WAY TO BEND THE LAW IN THIS MATTER!
