  1. And finally, I am not the one for big speeches, but congrats first of all to @heywoodu for holding everything together. Even at those times when Slovakia casted ILLEGAL votes. Kudos! Having to correct 30 templates on the day of Grand Final sounds like a nightmare. Congratulations to Serbia and Canada, and of course Malta who belonged to my personal Top 3. Obviously congratulations to all the team medalists as well. Now we have more than 30 nations with various team medals, so the Team Challenge really represents a nice opportunity for a whole new level of fan engagement. As for Croatia, I had no expectations for the first time ever perhaps. I watched H-8 at an outdoor cinema this summer, and when Sretan Put came along, I immediately picked it up for this Open. It was an interesting experience. No idea what to do for the next editions. During Annuals it's both impossible to experiment and impossible to post a decent result (Top 15 - never happened). During Opens it's easier to get better results, but I usually end up not choosing the entries with most potential.
  2. I think it's fair to give the bronze to France, since their combined ranking is 8 (3+5), while Ireland's is 10 (6+4). Anyway, here are the final All-around Rankings for the 2020 season (Annual + Open)... Canada - 316 Serbia - 291 France - 255
  3. SPECIAL AWARDS - Brazil 2018 Legacy J'en Suis La Award - Germany (16th --> 7th) - the nation who gained most places in the second half of the Grand Final - Passionfruit Award - Hungary (Standard Deviation: 2.07) - the nation who scored the most consistent points - SPECIAL AWARDS - Netherlands 2020 Legacy STOP THE COUNT! Award - Indonesia (11th --> 20th) - the nation who dropped most places in the second half of the Grand Final -
  4. Malta's podium is indeed a fan favorite achievement. And I am so glad it finished in a tie - because Malta was in a huge 9-10 pts battle in my rankings, but in the end they scored the bronze. Mostly because I realized the French song would be much better off as a pure instrumental.

  6. But unfortunately Malta kills their own team For the second time this year, believe it or not.
  7. Malta scored from 22 juries. Ireland from 21. First podium for Malta.
  8. Quick search shows Malta giving points to Ireland almost every time...
  9. This also keeps the team event alive. 10. France leads Ireland by 2 points for the all-around bronze. Canada gold, Serbia silver.

  13. I only have a list of nations you awarded points. Not particular songs.
  14. No... Not The Weeknd. Their 80s nostalgia is so painfully obvious. Dua Lipa can do it right, for instance.
  15. I have had the Greek voting history opened ever since calculating the Canadian so-called path to victory.
