    I can see this happening. It would open up a lot of places, while at the same time easily allow 16 nations to take part in all team sports.

    To be honest, these vaccines are too new and too rushed for you to expect that everyone should be fine with it...

    Eurosport (go to platform for European sports fans) probably shows more live coverage of sepak takraw than freestyle skiing. It's just not popular at all. You can only really follow it on non-commented ES player feeds, late night shortened replays, or in-person. But then again, European WC events in these sports have next to none live audience.

    Korfball is exteremely popular in the Netherlands, Belgium, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Germany and even China! Portugal and GB have impressive teams as well. Not to forget Luxembourg and the ever present - Suriname.

    Europe sweeps modern pentathlon. Doesn't mean the Olympics need them more than they need the Olympics. In terms of audience, Europe is just negligable for all these sports. Classic events like alpine skiing and cross-country skiing pull incomparably more interest, from fans and sponsors alike.

    This gives them a chance to standardize the program. All sprint events should be over 1000 m (K1-2-4/C1-2). Not that I think it will happen. Not in the least. Maybe they will change women's C1 200 m with 500 m.

    I haven't really followed that much of biathlon lately. And when I do tune in, I usually end up following some smaller nations (Go Team Lithuania!), rather than endless podiums of Norway.

    To be honest, Norway has spammed so many cross-country skier, alpine skiers and biathletes during the last couple of seasons that I simply stopped keeping track. They are all just Norway for me - largely due to their three word names.
