    She’s on the long list. As others have pointed out the cross country (where she excelled) isn’t as tough in the Olympics so I’d imagine that factored in Austin O’Connor won a 5 star event last year so fingers crossed

They’ve clearly been angling to have some sort of end of season event and the diamond league final wasn’t really grabbing attention Budapest might be fine but in 2028 or 2030, it’ll be in Riyadh or Doha in front of a handful of people and TV viewers won’t care as the Olympics will have already decided who’s best

    I don’t see why there’s arguments. Different countries use different systems. No big deal. Every country will have a published selection criteria. For most it won’t involve too much selection drama but for GB they say first two at the national championships (if they have the standard). The USA has first 3
