  1. It’s not throwing away a large lead, it’s just that they’re playing better. This isn’t the first time this Brazilian team has came back from huge deficits.
  2. Duda/AP started off slow (like in their semifinal against Latvia), and have now brought their A-game. They needed to win that one to have any chance I’m afraid
  3. 26-24, Duda/Ana Patricia take the first set.
  4. Duda/Ana Patricia back at it again. Big lead for Canada earlier, now only one point.
  5. Impressive that we’ve done it with more disappointments than in Tokyo.
  6. Covid, maybe? Just trying to find excuses
  7. 5th for McMaster in a bid for a first ever Olympic medal for British Virgin Islands Ouch.
  8. Gold for Benjamin in the men’s 400m hurdles. Warholm silver (FUCK ), and dos Santos bronze.
  9. Bronze for Hüberli/Brunner!!!!
  10. Clancy really not having a great game…
  11. The jumbo pokey from Brunner
  12. Mediocre final in men’s triple jump…
  13. Not like it would put them on the podium, even if it had been successful, don’t know why they’d bother.
  14. Brunner’s jump float serve is so nasty.
  15. Hüberli/Brunner take the first set of the bronze medal match 21-17!
  16. Amine No medal for San Marino at these Olympics.
  17. 20.00m for Ogunleye, and she’s back into the gold medal position! Edit: and GOLD!!!
  18. 19.86m PB for Wesche, and into the lead in the women’s shot put final!
  19. Thiam with back-to-back-to-back Olympic titles
  20. 2:04.40 for Hall in the heptathlon 800m
  21. 17.86m opener for Diaz, and into the lead early in this men’s triple jump final.
  22. Kelsey Mitchell through to the 1/8 finals in women’s sprint! Wow, I was for sure thinking she was going to be out.
