There will be 30 events contested in Alpine Skiing at the 2018 Winter Paralympic Games, 15 for men and 15 for women. Competitions take place in 5 different courses across 3 sport classifications for each gender, with the courses being Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super-G, Downhill and Super Combined. The 3 sport classifications are Visually Impaired (where athletes ski with guides), Standing (for skiers with a variety of leg and arm impairments but can stand) and Sitting (for skiers with trunk and leg impairments who race seated).
