Well, I think I will be extending the deadline for 1 more day if I see that not everyone have voted, because as far as I know, everyone informed me that they would, so I don't want lose any countries.

Which is the most successful TISC Nation?
Since its premiere in 2013, six TISC contests have been successfully held. As we eagerly await for the 7th edition to be held in Lithuania next month, we ask ourselves: Which nation has had the most success in TISC contests? Ireland is the first nation that comes to mind, as it is the only one with two wins. And that is very much the right answer, however we will use a couple of different methods to determine how much success each and every TISC nation has been having so far.
We start by looking at grand total of all points that each nation got throughout the first six editions. Ireland is once again in the first place, with astonishing 1013 points. Interestingly, Ireland's 1000th point came thanks to the Italian jury at the latest TISC held in Slovakia. At the moment Ireland is the only one with more than 1000 points, as Great Britain in second place has 912 points. They are followed by France (707), Italy (690) and Germany (645). To put Ireland's massive grand total into perspective, if USA (6th all-time with 617) got 12 points from each jury in Lithuania and Ireland finished with null-points, Ireland would still be in front!
Full rankings can be seen below.
All-Time Points
However, total number of points might not be the best way to establish the all-time rankings, considering that not all nations have competed at every edition of the TISC. To get a clearer picture, we can use the average score that each nation got from all of the juries that ever voted. Ireland is again first, with the average of 4.82 pts from 210 different, non-Irish, juries. Great Britain is again 2nd with 4.34 while Germany is now 3rd with 3.64. They are followed by Australia (3.62), Vietnam (3.61), Indonesia (3.45), France (3.37) and Italy (3.29).
Full rankings can bee seen below.
There is one thing where Ireland is not the best. Great Britain is the only nation that scored more than 100 points in every contest. At the 2014 Annual contest Ireland failed to do so as they got stuck on 97 points. Only 13 nations have managed to win 100+ pts at more than one contest, so regularly going over 100 pts is rather an impressive achievement.
So how can my nation improve its all-time stats?
By getting a lot of points, of course! To give you more precise answer, we've calculated what your nation needs to do in Lithuania in order to match its previous performances. Incredibly, Ireland needs to get 154 points just to be on-par with its previous achievements. It must be a hard a job to be an Irish selector with all that glory that needs to be lived up to!

Well, the deadline is oficially here and it's a bit disappointing that we lost and
Also, this year we won't be seeing
But I am very happy to have back in the contest.
It's time for Lithuania to start casting our vote, let's have a great contest and hopefully we won't lose a nation in the voting procedure.

To make everything clear:
I don't know the username of the user who registered with username "niger" some hours ago and I would like to never know it, because I do not want to "discriminate" in the future the user who did that. I am just sure it was a false registration because the user was not connecting from Niger and already has an account here.
I do not want to lose time checking who is the user who did that, but of course I will have to do it he/she will try again. So I am sure that if this user is reading this, will not try again to do that
As a general rule, don't do that because you will always get caught

Qualification procedures to the 2018 Youth Olympics were announced about two weeks ago. Many dates have yet to be finalized, but you can see the general idea of qualification. However, most sports have yet to publish the qualification procedures (because there are few/no dates known), here is what I have so far.

Badminton
Equestrian

Announcement
Good evening, fellow TISC juries. As you may know, the deadline to post your songs is oficially until this midnight. Although, I got some information that some of the juries have technical issues and I thought that a little bit of extra time would come in handy. Which is why I decided to sacrifise two of my voting days to extend the deadline for the songs until October 4th 23:30 . Have a nice day.

No, we had another tie break in case of equal body weights, now it will most probably applies to the whole compettion without caring about the bodyweight.
whoever lifts first stays first. which mean if your opponent lifts 200kg for example before you , you have to lift 201 to take his place.

The Totallympics Open International Song Contest 2016 Lithuania Official Logo Has Been Revealed!
The official logo represents both the national Lithuania's flags colours and the way that champions are greeted when they come back home after their victory in a competition.
Yellow: It symbolises the trophy of the winner
Green: Laurel leaves that symbolise the champion, usually the champions are greeted with garlands made from Laurel's or Oak leaves.
Red: Symbolises the flower, because when the champions come back home they are often showered with flowers.
And last, but not least, what brings this whole competition together is of course our love for music.
Thanks to Vinipereira for being amazing and making my vision a reality

Gianlu33 reacted to Werloc in Totallympics Open International Song Contest 2016
This week is pretty much awful for me, which might be the case why I'm not that present in this topic at the moment. We already had one case earlier this week if someone can send a song that belongs to two nations, so me and OlympicIRL resolved it with having the person that wants to use the song contact the jury members of that nation to get their permission. So if Dezbee has nothing against Mexico using this song, it should be perfectly fine, as it is in the end of the day at least 50% heritage of Mexico.

I'm truly sorry that life does not work exactly the way you want it to work. You have to understand that not everyone is here simply to entertain you. Everyone works at their own pace, everyone has different selection processes and there are still two good weeks until the deadline. For example, it's becoming boring for me that you complain about everything, because now it has become predictable. Now because I'm bored of your attitude, it does not mean that you'll stop complaining. It's the same that if you're bored that people don't post songs, that does not mean that they'll start posting them. Have a nice day

Gianlu33 reacted to Werloc in Totallympics Open International Song Contest 2016
As OlympicIRL and some others have stated before, the TISC competitions originated for the sole purpose of covering the periods before the winter and summer season of sports. Mainly, they're here to attract the forum users during the time when there's not that many sports headlines and the news are slow. If I'm not wrong, the contests are not being held during the winter and summer so that they wouldn't draw away the focus from sports, as it is a sports forum after all, so I'm not certain if Sindo would approve the idea for a third contest.
Also, even if we were to have a TISC where all the songs had to be in their native language, you would still probably find a way to complain that Great Britain, United States, Australia have an unfair advantage against the other nations

Big thanks to hckosice and Gianlu33 for keeping us up to date with all the results during the past ten days.
Despite the worries beforehand these Games seem to have reached the Brazilian people in a way the Olympics didn't and it was wonderful to see the way they revelled in the performances of not only their own athletes but those of the other competing nations. It is only when you watch the Paralympics that you realise just how many remarkable people there are across the world fighting to overcome huge barriers in their lives and achieving things that even many able-bodied people can only dream of.
From a national point of view a great games for GB with 147 medals and 64 gold medals. The best since 1988 - 183 medals and 65 golds - when the programme was 40% bigger!
Always sad when a multi-event games ends not least because it invariably sees the retirement of great athletes who we'll never get to see in action again. But sport goes on and new heroes emerge. Anyway can't wait for the next one!

most of the Brazilians playing for Italy have real Italian descent (though there a couple of notable exceptions) and currently play or have played for quite a while in the past in the Italian league...
it's not our fault if many Italians in the past 200 years (or more) had to leave our Country and establish elsewhere in the Globe (the American Continent more than any other place)...
our laws are clear...those people (and their sons, nephews etc.) are still to be considered Italians, if nobody in the line of succession did give up the Italian Nationality...
so, I don't see anything wrong giving them a chance to get back to their origins...
for what concerns Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, of course, the situation is a lot different...it's just the smell of oiled money...
