  1. Shiffrin behind Holdener, there's not a certain 1-2
  2. Holdener stays pretty close to Vlhova Now it's a matter of hoping Shiffrin doesn't go a second faster.
  3. While Giuliani's fraud attempt in Trump's name in Pennsylvania has been easily and systematically picked apart by the judge https://www.politico.com/news/2020/11/21/federal-judge-tosses-trump-suit-over-pennsylvania-election-results-439010
  4. One might wonder, but even without a pandemic surely she knew there was a decent chance she would not have any international race this season?
  5. That could have ended up very, very bad...angel on Canet's shoulders right there.
  6. It's far from always a choice though.
  7. Nah, then we'd mostly see races with only a handful of top athletes. Now we do quite often see this or that athlete miss a stage, but at least most are present. Having the option to discard the worst X results would be better..
  8. A team that is discovered to hide a positive COVID test should be pretty severely punished though.
  9. Ah ok, you didn't say that But boulder qualifications are for tomorrow
  10. I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about. Maybe you mean another discipline than speed? Because in speed it's generally a knockout system. Lead and boulder didn't have qualifications yet.
  11. Nope, four semifinalists. The winners of the semifinals went to the final to fight for gold, it's a knockout system.
  12. Four in the men's semifinals and four in the women's semifinals..
  13. Early fall for Kaplina in the semis
  14. Something went very much not well with Aleksandra Miroslaw's hand/finger there
  15. Wow, the commentator actually used the term 'ape index', that's....surprising
  16. Petra Klingler to the quarterfinals
  17. That is excellent for those were I like to skip some bits, especially the bottom parts in lead for example The Olympic Channel stream isn't even rewindable, but for speed that's ok now since I can watch live anyway (for now)
  18. Yeah I see some action coming up now, the 17:30 they showed in the stream was probably done by people who forgot it's winter time now
  19. Not even statistics on her reindeer collection?
  20. Wasn't it supposed to be 16:15 CET?
  21. Day two, classic sprints this time. A very convincing victory for @brunamoura, who destroyed everyone (and her own PB) in the qualifying and then finished miles ahead of Duda Ribera and Tatah da Silva in the final. The men's win went to Lucão Lima, after all these years he finally got his first sprint win! He narrowly beat out Yuri Rocha and Victor Santos, who kept the Chileans @Jesús and Martin Flores (a new name for me, he was fastest in qualifying!) out of the podium. Next up: the 5 and 10 kilometers classic with individual start tomorrow.
  22. Right, I remember seeing that now that you mention it
  23. Thanks! Too bad, that platform is so much worse than the usual YouTube, but it's better than nothing Hopefully it'll be available as replay as well.
