I was watching this with friends and we were shouting at the screen when the Jamaican moved to the inside of the Ukrainian on the changeover. How on earth could a world class athlete like the Jamaican not know the most obvious rule of relay running - that you stand in the order you are told to stand by the changeover judge and not swap places with anyone.
