And I've still haven't mentioned everyone. @Quasit could definitely jump in for UK, perhaps a debut from the Philippines? @PHI2019 .

At this rate by the time the registration period actually starts we won't have any countries left to registrate.

For the first time since Open 2015 all 4 of the V4 countries are present in TISC. Well, except that we had all 4 last year, but the Czechs were so intimidated by Slovakia that they had to WD.
