A factor in that is the way of counting. Many or most countries count deaths who have been tested positive, whereas Belgium counts everyone who died and had symptoms, tested or not. Yesterdays recap:

 

Almost 4k tests provided yesterday and For the first time since the 6th March when our first official case appeared we have No New Cases confirmed yesterday !

 

Also no new deaths has been added to the stats and 14 new patients received their second negative tests and are now considered as healed, the amount of recovered patients is now 919.

 

510 Active cases right now in the country, 111 of them need hospitalization, 4 of them in intensive care and 1 is currently in critical condition under artificial lung ventilator.

So no matter how many tests carried out it will be impossible to test all their citizens right? I heard that those living in the slump area are more dangerous and prone to catch the virus. It is not easy. India is not a very righ country and with so many cases coming up it is just waiting like a bombshell and time bomb.

Maybe and maybe not 

 

The Islands, the south, the north east are better with lower density and isolation. The tribal areas and large forest cover areas are safe as long as the virus doesn't enter as it is now. 

 

Delhi, Mumbai especially with slums, Gujarat and West Bengal are prone with massive population density. I'm living in the south so sorta better but things can get worse too.
