Currently half or even more than half new cases in :POL Poland are from Silesia, exactly from several coal mines  If we would deducted cases from those mines currently we would have around 150-200 daily new cases which means that virus slowly leave our country, because with every day we have more daily tests.

Slovakia apparently has started negotiations with the Czech Republic and Austria on the creation of a kind of mini-Schengen between the three countries. :woot:

Looks like the other 2 coutries agree. will we have a mini europe in europe with closed external borders and open internal borders, from this June ?  not sure Brussels will agree with such form of rebellion.

Lets see what gonna happen in Brazil in the next few days. Today is moms day so, there is a lot of families having lunch or barbecue together.

Oh well, from what I've been hearing, things aren't different than normal anyway in terms of people taking care and places being busy...(at least in the place I'm hearing about, where @brunamoura lives).

I was mostly intrigued by the TV/government/etc making it very clear to not go to the bank, because you wouldn't get your 600 reais there, it would be done online, followed by......thousands and thousands of people all over the country standing in long lines in front of the banks

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Big day in Croatia tomorrow. Lockdown measures will be lifted again, leaving pretty much everything open. Public gatherings of 40 people will be allowed (as opposed to the current max of 5 people).

Apparently, there is a plan to reopen theatres, cinemas and concerts as soon as May 18, and borders too! :yikes:

I find it quite bizarre that they are lifting the measures with every new week, knowing that the incubation period of coronavirus is two weeks....
