Let's say a country rejects two women's quotas today, then Switzerland and Slovenia (current 1st and 2nd on the list) both get one? Or, if a total of 17 women's quotas get rejected by nations (unlikely, I know, but theoretically), Brazil gets a third one? And I am assuming that, in order to keep track of which countries reject a quota, we have to manually refresh this website daily and manually track any changes to see which country has a lower number of quotas than before?

Women's coxless four and men's quadruple sculls, with two more events where the Netherlands is listed as top-3 candidate. For those interested, single sculls favourites are Oliver Zeidler, with Sverri Nielson close behind, and Sanita Puspure, with Hanna Prakhatsen close behind.
