  1. DQ for Kantele but Zebrowski only got a warning after 2 false starts (he started just after Kantele the first time (but so little that he couldn't have reacted on Kantele))...
  2. Tobias G. Larsen cuts almost half a second from his 200m PB. That's the 2nd fastest Danish U18 throughout time. What's up with our sprinters getting so much better during the last few years?
  3. What a final climb!
  4. Feel so bad for Birdie. Finally he seemed strong enough to fight for at least top 5, but a clumsy crash ruined it. Both the beauty and ugliness of the sport.
  5. Jeanette Ottesen is pregnant and will therefore take a break from swimming
  6. What is this? Hari ran about half the race before noticing that the race was stopped. Those signals aren't high enough (at least on the inner lanes). I sure hope they'll protest that one!
  7. And he's starting in heat 6...
  8. Seems like something went wrong in the call room? Desmond Rogo is hoping to start in heat 4 while he was supposed to be in heat 3!
  9. I guess this is the most interesting of the Under-something championships this year for us. Benjamin should be able to fight for a medal if he's at 100 % (He has had some minor problems earlier this season). The sprinters will be interesting to follow as well. Hari has had some problems as well, but he seems to be back at full health, which could make him a candidate for the final, maybe it's time for a new NR (his PB is just 8/100 off). The other 2 have new PB's and should be able to cut some more. And with those 3, we should be able to do pretty well in the 4x100 as well. I hope that Kløjgaard is getting close to great shape as well, but he hasn't been good so far this season. At his best, a final should be very possible. Benjamin Gabrielsen should be able to fight for a final as well. Anna Emilie is of course a big favourite for the 3000 steeplechase. She should also do pretty well in the 1500m, where Line is pretty interesting as well.
  10. Fuglsang crashed resulting in 2 small fractures. So typical! Will be interesting to see what he's capable of tomorrow...
  11. I'm sorry, but I see it as the absolutely right decision. It gives the necessary time to consider what to do now. We're in a bit of a crisis when it comes to bidding.
  12. What a close finish!
  13. How would they go anywhere, Then? You don't sat they use other means of transportation than cycling?
  14. Nah. They're just thinking of people like me, who's coming home pretty late in the week days
  15. Why the organizers? The ASO had nothing to do with the DSQ...
  16. I'm guessing you're seeing the same things as I do with Danish fans. Lots of conspiracy theories? (ASO wanting a French winner of the green jersey even though the ASO don't have anything to say about the case)
  17. He made it to the finish meaning that he can start tomorrow. No news on whether he'll be ready for it yet.
  18. Not really a surprise with the first 3.
  19. What a championship for Katrine Bukh Villesen
  20. And this is how it's celebrated https://www.instagram.com/p/BV7qlIag5S0/?hl=da Edit: From a better angle: http://www.expressen.se/tv/sport/monsterkastet-daniel-stahl-slog-svenskt-rekord-och-varldsarsbasta/
  21. My favourites: *****: Froome ****: Quintana, Porte ***: Aru, Contador, Bardet **: Fuglsang, Meintjes, Valverde, Chaves *: Martin, Thomas, Majka, Yates, Uran Froome hasn't been the dominant rider that we've been used to seeing, but I still see him as the main favourite. Quintana will be interesting to see, it may be a bit too high. It will be interesting to see how Fuglsang and Aru will be working together. If they're both decent in the GC when the race goes to the Alps (or maybe even earlier) they will be a dangerous duo, just like we saw at Dauphine. I hope that Fuglsang is in at least the same shape as then, while it seems like Aru has stepped a bit up, dominating the national road race. For the green jersey, I don't see anybody competing with Sagan (unless he has a major crash). The main contender should be Kittel, as there's a good amount of flat stages this year, but Matthews will also be interesting, as he is also able to take some points on the slightly tougher stages. The entirely flat stages should be between Kittel, Greipel and Demare, though I don't want to count Cav too much out of it. Groenewegen, Kristoff and Bouhanni will also be very interesting. Meanwhile the polka dot jersey will be hard to guess. I would say that Pinot and Rolland seems to be the best guesses. Pinot won't get much help in the mountains, which is why I don't have him in my list of favourites for the GC. Also he didn't look too strong in the ITT Nationals. Rolland finally seems to be going all in for the polka dots. Meanwhile a rider like Majka could quickly end up going for the dots instead of the GC. Other interesting riders could be Atapuma, Gesink, Bennett and Barguil. The white jersey seems to be between Meintjes and Yates with Buchmann as a strong outsider.
  22. I just found another mistake on the official site. No Valgren on Astana (and they're being presented right now, and he's standing on the stage)!
  23. He isn't on any other start lists or the team's announcements...
  24. He's not on the startlist
