Most of his points (i think around 88 %) are unassisted and he draws a lot of foul calls that other players wouldn't get. In addition to that his efficiency isn't too high and he produces tons of turnovers. I still prefer watching Curry, LeBron or The Greak Freak (despite him not being able to hit a long-range shot to save his life) on offense.

How exactly were they lucky? I'd say currently noone else (maybe except for a fit Del Potro) is anywhere near them. I don't see Federer or Wawrinka (or even Murray) getting there again, so we have to hope that one of the young guys (Khachanov, Coric, Tsitsipas, Shapovalov, Auger-Aliassime) gets there in the next 2-3 years.

Are you saying that France wanted to play against Denmark instead of Norway? If so, then there is no way that this is true. Denmark is the favorite for gold. I am also not sure whether France would have finished 2nd anyways if Germany would have won their match against Spain? For me it's 50/50 between Norway and Germany, but 60/40 in favor of Denmark in the other semifinal.

Might be the best chance for Germany to qualify, given how up and down this team is ... Great at 2016 european championships and 2016 olympics, then shit in 2017 and 2018 and now great again. I am still not convinced that this is the right coach, i think the results are mainly due to home advantage. This team could very well lose against 8-10 other european teams (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France, Hungary, Slovenia, Russia, Croatia, Iceland) at any given time withouth the home advantage.

If the ultimate goal for the german team is to win a medal, then this is probably a good thing, but if the ultimate goal is to win the tournament, then i am not so sure. Don't see any chance of Germany beating Denmark at their home in a possible final, certainly the chances of beating them would have been much better with home advantage in the semifinal. On the other hand France might beat Denmark in the semifinal and then the final could be 50/50 ...

No reason to feel sorry, those guys just don't have it in them, there just isn't enough individual talent in this team and on top of that the coach is horrible. This is the 2nd safe win they threw away, they don't deserve to reach the semifinal.

Pretty, pretty, pretty good. In the east only Oladipo is debatable. I think Lowry, Simmons, Beal or Walker also would have been solid picks. In the west Doncic doesn't belong in the starting 5, but maybe he could get the last remaining spot for forwards. Curry, James and Harden definitely belong in the starting 5. I think it would make sense to pick a center (Jokic, Davis) and either Durant or George for the remaining 2 spots.

Germany is shit without Dahlmeier, no talents. Preuß never even realized 50 % of her potential. Fialkova's performances so far are very worrying. Amazing weekend for Germany. 2 3rd places and a win and all of that without Dreßen, Dopfer and Neureuther contributing anything. Hopefully Luitz can finally show performances like that consistantly. Everyone always knew that he can have random podium finishes, but he never fully used his potential until now because he made too many big mistakes on a regular basis.
