At home, yes. But this was outside and the kid was hanging out with some 21yo who also had a gun. What gives? Kid was inspired by thug life or whatever street gang? I tell you, I'm not shocked police is so trigger-happy if some kid from 6th grade can pull a gun on you and flat out shoot you dead.
