Agreed. We have a few medal contenders but I will try to assume they don't exist. Even I can't trust them. Hoping for like 2 medals in women's rifle and/or pistol.

Well yes it's a very controversial topic. I thought all polls look very similar so thought for a change. I personally felt Israel went a tad too far against Gaza which was more than just a retaliation. Russia obviously had no right of it's own. But there would be athletes who might not be in favour of this, far away from the hustle wanting to compete, not sure if they are getting opportunities. Not to forget individuals in team sport they are also humans but can't get an opportunity to participate. For those DSQ due to social media post no one knows if it was willingly put or forced to put, who's gonna check.

The ever consistent has been knocked out in the first round of ICC Men's T20 WC. They have been runners up a couple of times including 2021 edition and reached semis in most edition. But in an expanded 20 team WC they fail to reach Super 8s

This is gonna be exciting maybe one long session or 3-4 sessions covering all sports India will be present.

Right then day 1 done, What a poor performance from Aman once again. He just go good draws. It's a pity he'll now go to Paris with this performance. I wish there were trials and Ravi could come in, as he's fully fit now. The only drawback was the fear of upset in women's wrestling there are some who wrestle well at domestic level but poor elsewhere. So Aman being one of the weakest wrestler in the squad I'm not exactly worried. Maybe Ravi missed a chance but that's ok. Anyone thinking Aman will medal would be a fool, he can lose and has lost to more than half of the qualified wrestlers at Paris by technical superiority. Should have kicked him out after Asian Olympic Qualifiers only, has to be our weakest male 57kg wrestler at Olympics since ages like 2004.

That's a good choice of match you'll be travelling to. South Africa are pretty good but struggle against the Dutch who have beaten them in every format at World Cup in this decade. Maybe US goes to Super 8 then more matches.
