No Olympics for Belgian 400m runner Julien Watrin, one of the important guys in the relay team, but his health is of course more important: he has been diagnosed with testicular cancer. Prognosis seems to be good, but obviously it needs to be treated and that takes a ton out of one's body.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

:USA women‘s team for the marathon

:USA men’s team will be finalized after the end of the qualification period, since only Mantz and Young have reached the standard.

Also at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix, :CAN Marco Arop records a new PB of 2:14.74 in the men’s 1000m, which is the second fastest indoor time ever (2:14.20 was the WR, set by :DJI Ayanleh Souleiman at the 2016 Globen Galan (International Amateur Athletics Federation World Indoor Tour) in Stockholm, Sweden)
