  1. Wayqi for the win! Even if he's not as good as the great Sammy.
  2. Men's football doesn't need the Olympics...but maybe the Olympics need men's football for economic reasons (for example, about 20% of tickets sold in the last 3 Olympics were for men's football...4 millions tickets). Now we can probably add to the list skateboarding, surfing, BMX freestyle...and all those X-Games events in which "performers" care more about their pants than an Olympic medal.

  8. I think London was different from Rio because a lot of events were streamed live on YouTube in some African and Asian countries where tv rights had not been sold. So probably full replays were always there but not available outside of those countries, and a few months later they simply removed the geographical restriction.
  9. Are you sure that you didn't select the athlete for the wrong event? For example Schippers (and also de Grasse) is in the lists two times (100m and 200m). In Rome she won the 100m so maybe Schippers-100m got 15 points while Schippers-200m got 0 points.

  11. Egorian is part of the Team today...I thought she was not in Tbilisi because injured
  12. Germany still without medals after 6 events. They won at least a medal in every edition of the European Championships until now.
  13. But that link asks me to register on the results forum to see it and I think you said that only people who update results should register.

  15. And since I read here about attracting new users, I think that you have to include something that can't be found easily on other sites. For example, i can't find this world championships calendar anywhere, and an overall medal table for olympic events will (maybe) be available somewhere only in 2019. On the other side, I can "easily" find a site with a weekly schedule of all major sports events (see the post at the beginning of this page) that is surely better than anything you can do on a forum.
  16. Great win by Errigo today , with a 15-14 final vs Deriglazova.
  17. What about a thread with a calendar of all world championships and an overall olympic events medal table? (either here or in the results forum). It is mentioned earlier in this thread that it was present in the old forum.
  18. If I counted correctly, 87-85 with the old system would correspond to a minimum of 244 "points" played (but only with a perfect sequence, quite impossible to achieve). I don't believe this really happened

  22. I guess that (sadly) water polo will be played with teams of 6 players very soon
