  1. Qatar has 7 medallists: 3 born in Asia, 2 moved to Qatar when they were 15 and lived and trained there for the last 7-9 years (so Qatar played a huge part in their development), I don't know about the other two, but 5 medallists don't deserve to be called "not Asian". Bahrein has more athletes that switched allegiance later in life. In athletics there's also quite a difference, but it's easier to claim that Africans stole gold medals from Asians (Indians) and so be it.
  2. Dunadan 1- Rohan Dennis (1) - 1 2- Peter Sagan (144) 3- Matteo Trentin (8) 4- Simon Yates
  3. Birthplace alone doesn't define nationality, but kindly check the birthplace and biography of the people you were referring to...a Yemeni-Qatari is not African (and he wouldn't be African even if all of his teammates were Kenyans who switched allegiance to Qatar at the age of 30).
  4. Yes, he defeated the famous Africans Yaser Bagharab and Kazuya Shiojiri. ( ), , ...Africa is expanding.

Today was the last day, for the medal summary and medal table see Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_UCI_Junior_Track_Cycling_World_Championships Lea Sophie Friedrich won all 4 sprint events, she's the third girl in history to complete this sweep in the same year (Voinova and Shmeleva were the first two). Aigle will also host the Junior and u23 European Championships, starting on Tuesday: http://www.uec.ch/en/event/83/2018-uec-track-juniors-under-23-european-championships

  15. Colonial Empires have nothing to do with this. Ennaoui has been living in Poland since she was a baby. She has a Polish parent. She's Polish. In the same way, Crippa has been living in Italy since he was a baby. He has two Italian parents. He's Italian. There's no difference between them and nothing else to say.
  16. I quoted Monzanator so obviously it was for him...maybe you can read the post before replying
  17. And you think this is true only for Poland? A few days ago you called Amdouni and Crippa a "bunch of Africans"...Amdouni born in France, Crippa lost his parents and was adopted by an Italian family when he was a toddler...and yet you called them "bunch of Africans"
  18. Your mind is not clear, it's twisted. Who is using foreign athletes to pretend they are strong? By your logic, Muir beating Ennaoui this evening will be "good news for Europe"? Meucci beating the Polish runner of African origins in 2014 was good for Europe?
  19. Why is it good for Europe?
  20. What a great organization. Women starting the 20 km with men Unworthy of an European Championship.
  21. 1) I don't agree 2) I don't agree, at least at european level gymnastics 2020-2024 can be similar to swimming in 2014-18 3) you are right, as you said "the Italian government will do anything to get results because they are desperate to show that Italy is relevant" (I wanted to quote your exact words but some moderator apparently edited it and removed that part in your previous post). But it's not doping, the technology here is much more advanced. 2 months ago the new government ordered a team of scientists to create genetically engineered clones who will replace Italian athletes. Codia was the first one. I know for sure that Tortu 2.0 is ready, he can easily run 100m in 9.50s. The goal to win the medal count in Tokyo and, as you said, "bring glory to the country". The scientists are obviously underpaid, so there's still hope for other countries to hire them and catch up with this new program.
  22. Italy at the swimming European Championships (not including open water): - 2018: 22 medals, 6 gold, 2 x CR - 2016: 17 medals, 5 gold, 3 x CR, 1 ER - 2014: 15 medals, 5 gold, 3 x CR, 2 x ER - 2012: 18 medals, 6 gold (and there were no mixed relays). A nice improvement, but I don't see any huge outlier. off topic
  23. 49er will have 2 races tomorrow. Schedule: https://www.manage2sail.com/en-US/Home/DownloadDocument/f1c088c0-646c-45c2-b625-4f312f743584
  24. Codia's win is a surprise, Panziera was the favourite. Now hoping for a medal by Quadarella.
  25. Rasovszky was clearly ahead, he threw away the gold at the finish.
