Two Indians in the bronze medal match ......... Both may be tough ........ hoping for at least 1 medal ......both did well today ........... Indian GR are showing class these days

I never imagined this in a world championship .......... let us hope for three medals as well ....Sajan is a very impressive wrestler ( world champs bronze last time , Asian junior gold so i expected great things from him ) ....along with deepak punia 87 free is the best wrestler we have in this juniors

what a performance ....our junior squad is now the best in the world ................... some of juniors like Manu and Anish shot at the senior level had they continued in the junior level we would have smashed chinas junior squad by a margin ...even now it was 22 - china , 20 India on medal count

probably for the nth time on this forum ...... But this world championship has been WOOOOOOO for India We ended this with 27 medals and this by far the best we have ever done ( India has won around 30 Medals all around in world championships till now ) and we have the best junior squad in the world ..... I know we were narrowly beaten by china .......but many of our junior squad have already transitioned to our senior squad ( while chinas juniors stayed in the junior squad ) , if they had continued in the junior squad they would have beaten china comprehensively

India and russia now head to head with 9 gold each ..... i feel we can finish ahead with std pistol events which have been indias pet events yet to come tomorrow last day

Just checked on https://www.issf-sports.org/competitions/venue.ashx?cshipid=1750 ....... these medals are not going to be included to total apparently ...helps us keep ahead of Germany and Hopefully by tomorrow take India into the third place

Are the target sprint events just grand prix or will they show in the medal totals ? ...... will make a lot of difference to the overall medal table

We will probably get some medals on the last couple of days in center fire and standard pistol and pissibly 3 pos junior events but obviously no medals in running target , 300 m and also most probably skeet ......... did get silver junior team skeet and then bronze in individual mens skeet

most likely medallists will remain shooting with mehuli , saurabh and manu should be good for medals ....shooting likely 3 medals weightlifting we should get a medal with jeremy lakshay in badminton and manav in tt also should medal possible medals in hockey 5s nitu in boxing others will be plusses ...... hoping for our first ever gold and maybe our best ever total ( more than 8 )

My take on the situation in the world shooting championship WOOOOOOW - the reason I see that in the last 3 world championships our medals were 2in -2006 , 3in 2010 and 2 in 2014 , so to suddenly to be at 20 is amazing ........ Talent on display mindboggling saurabh in the 10m pistals junior shot better then the seniors in the total , he has broken two world junior records and is just 16 manisha keer seems to be a huge talent in an event we are not good at which is womens trap Mens junior trap team came seond and vivaan and elahi seem to be world class hriday hazarika in 10m rifle panwar and shreya in team 10m junior showed class elvanil is superb do note that manu and abhishek and some of the others who are just at the junior level are already shooting at the senior level , so much talent equivalent to at least 20 possible abhinav bindras who was also a child prodigy .................. this depth of talent will lead to a great future ...

Quota Seats my predication was 3-5 quotas so a little behind on that ......, but already got 2 quota seats ( still have a long shot in 25m rapid ) and twice the finalists compared to last time ( 4 already with close shots in 3 other events vs 2 last time ) ....... Which event will the remaining teams qualify for this ........ ( Not clear from wiki seems this is the last qualifying event for this event ) ............. besides of course the individual dual starters
